What is the GDPR:


The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) introduces obligations that will impact companies around the world. This law offers a common framework across the European Union (EU) for organizations exposed to personally identifiable information (PII) relating to individuals located in the EU. The GDPR sets a new level and cost of accountability that all organizations - even those that don't do business in Europe - must pay attention to.


What are Red Bell’s duties under the GDPR?

What are your rights under the GDPR


You can exercise your rights by submitting request to our support team at support@redbell.games. 


You, as Red Bell user, have the right to:


  • Review your personal data

  • Correct errors in your personal data

  • Object to processing of your personal data

  • Erase your personal data


If you do not want to delete your account, but want to temporarily stop using Red Bell games, you may deactivate your account instead and activate your account later.


You can erase your personal data any time. Please be advised that by deleting your personal data, all game progress, and virtual goods or currency paid for and/or earned across ALL Red Bell games will be terminated.

Copies of some material (example: log records) may remain in our database but are disassociated from personal identifiers. please visit our privacy policy page for further information regarding deletion of your personal data and how to stop communication with you.


Red Bell as a data controller


When Red Bell collects personal data and determines the purposes and means of processing that personal data – for example, when Red Bell stores account information for account registration, administration, services access, or contact information for the Red Bell account to provide assistance through Customer Support activities – it acts as a data controller.


We are committed to GDPR compliance across our services and provide GDPR related assurances in our contractual commitments.


Processing According to users consent


Any data that a user put into our systems will only be processed in accordance with the Users’ consent, as described in our current privacy policy.


Personnel Confidentiality Commitments


All Red Bell’s employees are required to sign a confidentiality agreement and complete mandatory privacy trainings, as well as our Code of Conduct training. Our Code of Conduct specifically addresses responsibilities and expected behavior with respect to the protection of information.


International Data Transfers


Red Bell may share information internally within our family of companies or with third parties for purposes described in this policy. Information collected within the European Economic Area (“EEA”) may, for example, be transferred to countries outside of the EEA for the purposes as described in this policy. We utilize standard contract clauses approved by the European Commission, adopt other means under European Union law, and obtain your consent to legitimize data transfers from the EEA to the United States and other countries.
